CoVID-19 Measures
We are taking precautions and actions to be as healthy as possible. Included here are:
1. A layout of the implemented policies/procedures.
2. The prescreening questionnaire required within 24 hours of your session time.
3. The liability waver for you to e-sign.
COVID-19 Policies/PROCEDURES
Watching for Symptoms
People with COVID-19 have had a wide range of symptoms reported - ranging from mild symptoms to severe illness and even death. Symptoms may appear 2-14 days after exposure to the virus. People with theses symptoms may have COVID-19:
Cough
Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
Fever or chills
Fatigue
Muscle pain or body aches
Headache
Sore Throat
New loss of taste or smell
Congestion or runny nose
Nausea or vomiting
Diarrhea
This list is not all possible symptoms. Other less common symptoms have been reported, including gastrointestinal symptoms like nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea.
If you or anyone in your household is experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, or have been in contact with anyone with a positive test, or are waiting on results from a test, please get in touch to reschedule your session after a 14-day period has passed.
If you or anyone in your household begins experiencing COVID-19 symptoms following the session, please inform Tracy as soon as possible.
Please understand if anyone affiliated with Tracy Walsh Photography is experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, your session will be rescheduled after a 14-day period has passed.
Social Distancing Measures
Following the CDC's guidance, Tracy Walsh requires that you comply with the following protocols and procedures while in studio or on location:
Maintain a six-foot distance at all times (not including household members or situations where closeness is allowed)
No physical greetings
Health and Safety
Masks are required indoors: entering and exiting the building and when you’re not being photographed. Tracy will wear a mask or face covering in the studio.
Photographer will use hand sanitizer or thoroughly wash hands before and after each session
Tracy will move furniture, equipment, touch light switches, etc.
Furniture use will be limited to one or two pieces to avoid excessive use
Long zoom lenses will be used to allow for social distancing and directions/adjustments will be verbal (not hands on)
With a goal of “maximum work in minimum time,” sessions may be shortened to minimize time in studio or on site
Daily Screening Questionnaire
This screening must be completed within 24 hours of your session start time. The screening protocol outlined below is based on the recommendations by the CDC.
COVID-19 Liability Release Waiver for Clients:
Due to the outbreak of the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), Tracy Walsh Photography is taking extra precautions with the care of every client to include health history review and enhanced sanitation/disinfecting procedures in compliance with CDC guidance.
I, the Client, agree to the following:
• I understand the symptoms listed above and affirm that I, as well as all household members, do not currently have, nor have experienced the symptoms listed above within the last 14 days.
• I affirm that I, as well as all household members, have not been diagnosed with COVID-19 within the past 30 days.
• I affirm that I, as well as all household members, have not knowingly been exposed to anyone diagnosed with COVID-19 within the past 30 days.
• I affirm that I, as well as all household members, have not traveled outside of the country or to any city considered to be a “hot spot” for COVID-19 infections within the past 30-days.
• I understand that Tracy Walsh Photography cannot be held liable for any exposure to the COVID-19 virus caused by misinformation on this form or the health history provided by each client.
Tracy Walsh Photography is following the enhanced procedures outlined above to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
By typing my name below, I am electronically signing that I agree to each statement above and release Tracy Walsh Photography from any and all liability for unintentional exposure or harm due to COVID-19.
